Here at Red Fern Energy Services Logistics the safety of our team members, general public, and the clients we serve is paramount and is the core tenet of our daily operations.
Our driver team members undergo a rigorous screening process to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills, experience, and or aptitude to quickly understand who our customers are, what they expect and how the industry works in order to allow them to perform their daily activities in the safest and most efficient way possible that will be satisfactory to our customers.
All team members (e.g., office personnel, sales reps, maintenance field service techs, pushers, and drivers) are participants in mandatory continuing education courses in safety of current and future regulatory compliances mandated by FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), TxDOT(Texas Department of Transportation), Petroleum Education Council (PEC) Basic Orientation Safety Awareness, and PEC H2S Clear courses with annual recertifications of credentials requiring annual renewals through Veriforce.
Personnel personal protective equipment meets or exceeds the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards all clothing verified to be flame resistant (FR) in accordance with industry standards.
H2S monitors undergo periodic bump testing to ensure the device’s accuracy, reliability, and functionality. Devices discovered to be out of calibration of manufacture’s specifications will be recalibrated and or replaced.
